Economic security of strategic alliances: research from the positions of system approach

Article aim is the research "strategic alliances economic security” notion from the standpoint of system approach. Research methods: system approach, monograph analysis, semantic analysis. Main results: The new subject field in the science about security is outlined. Such subject field is the economic security of integrated structures (systems). The strategic alliances are an example of such systems. Strategic alliance can be defined as the complex social-economic system with some elements – alliance participants. It is considered that strategic alliances are the integrated structures with soft relations, undefined time of existence, limited credentials of managing center. It is shown, that research of strategic alliance economic security should be based, on the one hand, on specific features of its nature, creation, activity, and system of participants interrelations, and, on the other hand, on understanding the nature of economic security nature. The interpretation of notion "strategic alliances economic security” is proposed – as the situation of protection of strategic alliance and its participants balanced interests that can be created through the prevention, overcoming or margin decreasing the negative results of changes in the conditions of strategic alliance and its participants activity. In the context of notion of "strategic alliances economic security” the notions of "strategic alliance participants interests”, "inconsistency of strategic alliance participants interests”, "protection”, "protection of strategic alliance interests”, ”ability that is based on the social-economic system features”, "making the resistance for external impact”, "ability to compensate the negative impact” are considered.
