INTERESTS IN THE
SYSTEM OF SOCIO-ECONOMIC SECURITY OF AN ENTERPRISE
Introduction: Modern requirements of
business precondition the economic security of enterprises, which is based on
anticipation of threats and proactive protection. Development of harmonization
approach to social and economic security, which in its nature does not produce
threats, guarantees this. The key to this approach are interests, namely, the
interests of the company and its stakeholders. Aims and Objectives:
Determination of a place and role of stakeholders’ interests in the system of
social and economic security of the enterprise which focuses on the use of
opportunities and proactive protection against threats. Results:
Socio-economic security has been considered from the position of basic
classical approach to management. The essence and role of interests in the
system of socio-economic safety of an enterprise has been shown. The connection
between interests and threats has been determined. Conclusions:
Harmonization of company’s interests with interests of its stakeholders has
been suggested as the basis for social and economic security.
