Main reasons of decline of labour motivation

in the modern management

 

The article deals with the important problem of improving labour motivation at a modern enterprise. Special attention has been given to disincentive effects which lead to the loss of productivity and labour quality. Some promising ideas have been suggested for improvement of labour motivation of personnel at an enterprise.
