Mechanism, laws and principles of organizational Design

The basic principles of organizations and groups of organizations building to create an integrated approach to organizational design of socio-economic systems are summarized and systematized. The peculiarities of structures and processes streamlining principles are considered. The relationship between organization laws and principles is shown. The notion of organizational mechanism that includes the targeted actions for education, formation, maintenance, adaptation and reflection the control system and its elements according to the strategic mission, goals and nature of the control object is considered.
