MEETING CRITERIA FOR SUCCESSFUL STRATEGIC

CHANGES AT AN ENTERPRISE

Choice of criteria for successful strategic changes at an industrial enterprise has been substantiated. The concept of potential changes and its structure are given. Cognitive model of potential changes has been developed; dynamics of its indicators based on criteria of competitiveness and market value have been researched. Procedure of determination of potential changes at an enterprise has been developed on principles of mathematical modeling.
