IDEOLOGICAL CONCEPTS IN PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT
IN TRANSNATIONAL CORPORATIONS
Concept
of personnel management based on ideology of organization culture in
transnational corporations is suggested. The leading role of values as basis
for maintaining relations of personnel at different levels and their role in
transnational integration is considered. Personnel motivation has also been
dealt with.
