METHODOLOGICAL ASPECTS OF PERSONNELINNOVATICS
AS A FACTOR OF ORGANIZATION PERSONNEL DEVELOPMENT
In this article we prove the expediency to
single out personnelinnovatics as a separate subject, emphasize its
transdisciplinary nature, formulate the definition of its essence, and define
its role in the creation of the conditions for the personnel development and
the organization on the whole.
