The model of development strategy choice
as the element of the enterprise development general model
We investigate the quantitative character of
enterprise development strategy, which is to be prior to the strategy
development. We consider the characteristics of the enterprise development,
their dichotic gradation; we give graphs that show the influence of the factors
on the choice of the strategy characteristics; we represent visual and
analytical form of the model of the enterprise development strategy choice.
