DESIGNING OF THE OPERATING SYSTEM OF THE COMPANY
ON THE GENERAL QUALITY MANAGEMENT BASIS
In this article we investigate the
problem of the company's operating system designing within the framework of the
cooperation of the manufacturer and the consumer. According to the survey we
develop matrix «house of quality», and on its basis we single out strategic
parameters of the operating system.
