The connection between the
management of the project's
product uniqueness and
projects' failures
In the article we study the
regularity of unsuccessful projects' rise in the course of time, analyze the
reasons for failures, and determine the ratio of the reasons for failures to
the kinds of the project analysis. In the article we prove that the main reason
for failures is the neglect of the project's product uniqueness.
