THEORETICAL BASES OF SYSTEMACITY IN THE SPHERE OF ECONOMIC SECURITY OF
THE ENTERPRISE
Introduction: Modern realities demand ensuring economic security of
the enterprises on a system basis, with creation of system of economic security
of the enterprise. Definition of a scientific position and classification signs
of concept "system of economic security of the enterprise" according
to theories of systems seems the important scientific task which performance
will allow to order properly components of this system, to determine consistent
patterns and the principles of their interaction. Aims: Theoretical pre- empirical connection of the main concepts
and interpretation of system approach in science with gnoseological requirements
of a system-creation in the field of economic security of the enterprise. Results: Rational functioning of system
of economic security of the enterprise is one of the main tasks of science
about security, and the general theory of systems established that any
difficult organizational system always tries to optimize efficiency of
functioning concerning achievement of the purposes set for it. Here full
coincidence of the purpose of functioning of diverse systems is watched the
character. Approaches to interpretation of concepts "system of economic
security" and "system of economic security of the enterprise"
can conditionally be divided into two groups. The first group is approaches
which don't make a start from any systemacity postulates. In this case the used
semanteme "system" makes exclusively connotative sense and doesn't
add to concept of system of economic security of signs of systemacity. The
second group is approaches which for term definition "system of economic
security" use concept of system according to theories of systems and their
versions. Extremely urgent task is establishment of identity or difference of
concept "system of economic security" within these approaches. Use of
set of scientific opinions of the first group for the purpose of identification
of theoretical, syntagmatic and pragmatical aspects of systemacity in concept
"system of economic security of the enterprise" is low-expedient.
Proceeding from the analysis of scientific opinions of the second group, the
concept of system of economic security is "superconcept" concerning
system of economic security of the enterprise, but the principles of their
internal decomposition different. And application of system approach
"system of economic security" and "system of economic security of
the enterprise (the subject of housekeeping, the organization)" allows
fully and to interpret consistently a difference between concepts, to divide
areas of their application. The decompositional and intrinsic difference between
the specified concepts predetermines differentiation of approaches to a choice
and application of a system-creation factor which has exclusive value at
creation of systems of economic security. It gives the grounds to consider
research within the second group such which form theoretical basis of concept
"system of economic security of the enterprise" on the principles of
systemacity and can be used for further researches. Conclusions: Term use "system" in ontologic sense is for
today low-expedient concerning opportunities of further research of objects
systems. Comparison of the concept "systemacity" to the concept
"integrity" for interpretation of systemacity limits concept volume
"system" only to ascertaining of a certain nature of object which
doesn't predetermine direct emergence of the gnoseological principles of further
researches. The prevailing direction of scientific researches in the field of
systems is what forms object of research in all completeness of its natural
manifestations, instead of adapts to research opportunities of mathematical
apparatus. Within such direction there were essentially new interpretation of
concept of system which have other base of an explication. The system of
economic security of the enterprise at the heart of which, on the one hand, the
homeostasis and equifinality lies that
predetermine its attempt to be in a condition of dynamic balance, and, on the
other hand, at the heart of this system is the person who predetermines
nonlinearity, a non-equilibrium, in certain cases – asymmetry, is system for
which search and establishment natural isomorphine and transferring from them
of essence and the principles of functioning is more expedient from the
gnoseological point of view, than establishment of mathematical interrelation
between components.
