INNOVATIVE LABOR IN THE LIFE CYCLE INNOVATION

Introduction. Modern state of socio-economic processes determines the need for a detailed study of the innovation processes. Innovation and innovative labor in particular – basic categories of modernity. Innovative labor in the context of the life cycle of innovation should be studied. Objective: To analyze the life cycle of innovation and determine the location of innovative labor in its general structure. Results: generated structure lifecycle innovation, based on the use of triadic criterion of integrity, dedicated by three business segments, based on the triad types of labor inherent in any business entity. Conclusions: results allow you to position the innovative labor as a tool for continuous activity of the enterprise (for example, higher education institution).
