THEORETICAL ASPECTS OF THE CORPORATE CULTURE AND
ITS IMPACT ON THE UKRANIAN ENTERPRISES LABOUR POTENTIAL
Introduction: The owners of the domestic enterprises pay more and
more attention to the questions connected with the labour potential with the
purpose to provide additional competitive advantages in the leading position
achievement. Herewith, the corporate culture gets a particular meaning, as an
impact factor on the labour potential usage efficiency. Purpose: To study the essence of the term "corporate culture” and
to justify its impact on the labour potential usage efficiency of the Ukrainian
enterprises. Methods: method of the
logical and comparative analysis, grouping method. Results: The analysis of the "corporate culture” concept essence in
the different researches, the corporate cultures comparative analysis of the
world economically developed countries and the Eastern
Europe countries have been made. The scheme of the corporate
culture influence on the enterprise labour potential usage efficiency has been
developed. Conclusion: The ways of the organization labour potential
formation at the expense of the corporate culture introduction permit to
provide the enhancement of the enterprise competitiveness level have been suggested.
