RESTRICTIONS WHEN YOU RUN THEORETICAL
STUDIES BY
VALUATION OF PRODUCTION RISK
Introduction. The control system of
labour protection, which exist in Ukraine at national level and at
the level of companies and enterprises has a row of failings. In particular,
there are the imperfection of methods of identification of occupational risks,
poor information and analytical support of system of labor protection
management, lack of scientific substantiation of a synergistic effect on the
growth of human factors of production, cumbersome methods for determining the
economic effect of labor protection measures among others. Aims and
Objectives. The improvement of the existing system of labor protection management
in Ukraine
based on risk-based approach. Methods. Analytical and experimental. Results.
According to the research, contradiction, alternative and uncertainty are the
main features of risk. It couse collision of objectively existing risky actions
or technologies with their subjective evaluation and require the need of choise
of specific solutions or activity from some options and accompanied with the
inaccuracy or incomplete information about the conditions of work of new
technological system for example. Conclusions. According to the
research, there are eight reasons of uncertainty, which is the main feature of
risk in engineering production. The main among them are availability of
contradictions in technologies and probabilistic feature by embedding,
limitations in the financial, material and human resources.
