FEATURES, PROBLEMS AND PROSPECTS OF FORMATION OF REAL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT IN UKRAINE

 

Introduction. Real estate development plays an important role in the development of national economy and generates its management technology. In Ukraine and its market environment certain characteristics, problems and prospects of the real estate management have been formed and developed. These are complex questions of formation and development of business technology, promotion of outsourcing and consulting services, etc. Aims and Objectives. Identify and explain problems and prospects for a property management system in Ukraine. Methods: Theoretical and logical generalization, systems analysis, methods of analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction. Results. Identification of key issues and processes that inhibit the formation of real estate management system in Ukraine. Analysis of features and prospects for the development of real estate management with the account of positive experience of European countries. Conclusions. Formation of Ukrainian national real estate management system is in its initial stage and is open to certain qualitative and potential changes associated with qualitative parameters.
