ENSURING ECONOMIC SECURITY OF ENTERPRISES OF FOOD
INDUSTRY
Introduction: The issues of economic
security are given considerable attention in modern economic literature, but
the theoretical and applied aspects of economic security of the enterprise of
the food industry in Ukrainian economics practically were not studied. Objective: The definition of the
concept "the provision of economic security of the enterprise of the food
industry", features of provision of economic security of the enterprise of
the food industry have been considered. Methods:
monographic, scientific analysis and synthesis, grouping, generalization and
logical analysis. Results: The value
of necessity of research of the economic security issues of the enterprise of
the food industry was proved. The essence of the concept of economic security
of the enterprise was investigated, the concept of the provision of economic
security of the enterprise of the food industry was proposed, features of
provision of economic security of the enterprise of the food industry were
established and main goals of provision of economic security of the enterprise
of the food industry have been formulated. Conclusions:
The provision of economic security of the enterprise of the food industry
should be understood as ordered set of actions for finding, selecting and using
the complex of socio-economic measures that aimed at securing the interests of
stakeholders, both external and internal environment of the enterprise through
anticipatory reaction on real or potential threats of external and internal
environment and effective, rational and balanced using of resources.
