Enterprise economic security systems: approaches of
formation
Introduction. The notion "system of enterprise economic security” in
ecosecent is generally recognized. Individual approach to build the system of
economic security as the aggregate of methods, expedients and algorithms of
action is declared only. But based of features of enterprise activity specific
methods, expedients and algorithms that should be used to build the system of
enterprise economic security are not determined finally. Aim: constructing the principle
approach to build the system of enterprise economic security. Methods: structural-logical and
monograph analysis, analogy and abstraction. Results: The system of economic security is simultaneously the
method of providing such economic security and the form of activity concerning
such providing. Providing enterprise economic security is shown as the
overcoming of discrepancy of enterprise position and the conditions of such
enterprise external environment. The expediency of specifying the general aim
of enterprise economic security system is shown. The directions
of individualization of enterprise economic security system are considered. The principles of its
organization (centralized, decentralized and mix) are shown. The advantages and
restrictions of organization of enterprise economic security system are
analyzed by every considered principle. Conclusions. There are differences about notion, content, structure
and aim of functioning of enterprise economic security system. System of
economic security is constructed individually for every enterprise by the
centralized, decentralized or mix principle. There should be formed principle
approach to notion, content, structure and aim of functioning of enterprise
economic security system that further will be adopted to the conditions of
activity and features of specific enterprise.
