ADAPTATION EFFECTIVENESS IN ENSURING ITS ECONOMIC SECURITY
Background: In conditions of
uncertainty, continuous influence of environment and hard competition the management of
an enterprise faces
the problem of
economic security
o f the enterprise. Adaptation is
one of the
ways of ensuring
economic security
of an enterprise.
In connection with this there
arises a
question of adaptation effectiveness and its importance in ensuring the economic security of the enterprise. Aims
and Objectives.
To prove the importance of adaptation effectiveness in ensuring economic security of the enterprise, to offer
an index of adaptation
effectiveness and
algorithm of its determining. Methods:
Method of development of the system indicators, logical analysis. Results:
Importance
of enterprise
adaptation effectiveness in ensuring its economic security has been considered; the formula of
calculation of an index
of adaptation effectiveness has been offered; interpretation of possible quantitative values of the
index of effectiveness has been
given; algorithm
of determining the index
of adaptation effectiveness has been suggested. Conclusions: Adaptation as an instrument for ensuring
economic security
of the enterprise works
only in
conditions
of adaptation effectiveness. Calculation of the index of adaptation
effectiveness according
to the offered algorithm and interpretation
of the received values will
allow to supervise
the level of
adaptation effectiveness.
