FACTORS OF EFFECTIVE MANAGEMENT OF ASSEMBLY PRODUCTION MATERIAL FLOWS

Background. Nowadays much attention is given to the effective management of enterprises, which presupposes effective materials management formulation, implementation of research and development innovative programs. In this connection special attention should be paid to the improvement of management techniques and strengthening of the control of the company. Aims and Objectives: Identification of key factors influencing the efficiency of material flow management of assembly production. Methods: Logical and comparative analysis, method of grouping. Results: An essential feature of effective management of the enterprise development is quantitative measuring of the impact of factors on the efficiency. Factors affecting the efficiency of assembly production have been determined; the need to limit the number of factors has been proved. Conclusion: Effectiveness of management of assembly production material flows is assessed by the most important factors.
