ANALYSIS OF THREATS TO ECONOMIC SECURITY RELATED TO
PERSONNEL OF ENTERPRISE
Background: Nowadays
enterprises are affected by various threats coming from different sources,
hence the necessity to study their origins. Aims and Objectives: Give definition to the concept ‘threats to economic
security of enterprise’, analyze threats to economic security coming from the
enterprise personnel.
Methods:
generalization, logical analysis. Results:
The concept ‘threats to economic security of enterprise’ has been defined;
personnel categories have been analyzed according to their functions; main
types of threats to economic security of enterprise coming from personnel have
been determined and analyzed.
Conclusion:
Analysis of probable threats to economic security coming from the enterprise
personnel makes it possible to foresee and respond appropriately to the threat.
