ESTIMATION OF ORGANIZATION AND MANAGEMENT OF REPAIR MAINTENANCE IN RELATION TO FINANCIAL EFFICIENCY OF OIL AND GAS ENTERPRISES

Background: Competition and market liberalization require companies to reduce costs as a prerequisite for their survival. In this regard the importance of effective organization and management of repair services of oil and gas companies grows. Aims and Objectives: Develop methodological approach to the evaluation of effectiveness of repair services and their impact on the efficiency of oil and gas companies in general. Methods: Economic and mathematical modeling, forecasting, logical and comparative analysis. Results: Methodical approach to evaluating effectiveness of repair services and their impact on the performance of the whole enterprise is based on developing multivariable linear regression models. Calculation of arguments of linear regression equation makes it possible to predict the situation and allows a high degree of probability in determining how output and sales are affected by changes in organization and management of repair services . The cost of oil, productivity and return on assets have been suggested as performance criteria. Conclusion: The use of the proposed approach allows the enterprise to plan and implement appropriate measures to improve the organization and management of maintenance and repair equipment, assess their impact on the financial performance of the company and its financial condition.
