Tyulenev G.D. Organizational support of increasing of Higher schools economic security in Ukraine - Articles № 24 (ІI) / 2012 - Articles - Archive of the Journal

Based on analyzing the basics of security sciences on a level on an enterprise using the resource and protective approach about its comprehension it is proposed to comprehend a Higher school economic security as a some situation about Higher school concerning resources provision, security from threats and combination of interests satisfaction for the interested groups. Such situation should provide the ability to reach Higher school main goals, stability of results and the continuation of Higher school activity in long-term period. It is shown that providing the economical security of every Higher school demands not only the specific activities in this Higher school, but needs some organizational support on levels both single Higher school and system of higher education in Ukraine generally. The principle scheme of Higher school economic security increasing is shown. The activities of organizational support of Higher school economic security increasing on the levels of profile Ministry and single Higher school are proposed. The foundation of specialized department in Higher school for enrollee mobilization is proposed. Its tasks are considered.
