THE CONSEQUENCES OF CHANGES IN AN ENTERPRISE ACTIVITY IN AFTER INVESTMENT PERIOD

 

It is shown, that there are enterprise activity changes with positive and negative character in the after investment period. The consequences of changes with positive character should be considered in the enterprise activity and management. The consequences of changes with negative character should be removed because of their negative impact on the enterprise activity up to its termination. Ignoring the consequences of changes with negative character may cause to bankruptcy, enterprise restructuring or even enterprise winding-up. The chain character of changes is considered: changes in some enterprise functional subsystems cause changes in other ones. The consequences of changes in enterprise functional subsystems are analyzed. The instruments of analyzing and elimination of changes consequences in the enterprise activity in after investments period are proposed: modernization, reconstruction, re-engineering, modification, reforming and reorganization. The choice of the instrument depends on the scale and character of changes, features of functional subsystem.
