ONTOLOGICAL APPROACH TO FORMING THE REQUIREMENTS TO LEARNING THE COMPANY STAFF

 

Introduction: Forming the requirements of learning the company staff is a prerequisite for an effective work of system of personnel training. Purpose: Determining the content of training as part of a system of personnel development based on proposed ontology. Results: The application of the ontological approach to the determination of the content of company staff training has been considered. According to the ontological idea of work as interaction between man and the world and aiming at the result, requirements to knowledge and skills of personnel have been determined. Conclusion: Requirements to knowledge and skills of personnel based on the ontological idea of work have been determined, whose appropriate level is provided by training.
