THE DETERMINED MODEL WITH FIRST PHASE LAGGING PRODUCTIVITY IN
ASSEMBLY PLANT
The mathematical models of
interaction between different phases in machine-building in determined and
stochastic options are proposed. Such models allow identifying and
quantitatively evaluating the set of factors that influence on the consistency
of equipment operation, identify the current productive supply with its
different elements (reserve stock, stock for advance of one production phase to
provide the continuous launch for other production phases) and to evaluate and
minimize the work in progress. The
developed model describes the interaction in two-phase production, and such
model is the base one to describe the more complicated structure of interaction
between more phases if production.
Keywords: model, reserve stock,
material flow, assembly plant.
