the Usage of technologies of
human resources management
in the context of
organizational behavior
The notion of organizational behavior is considered. The managerial
decisions concerning the usage of elements and units of human resources
management technology depending on the existing organizational behavior and
characteristics of every employee are proposed. The importance of
implementation of some units of human resources management technology according
to the existing organizational behavior is considered.
