ASSESSMENT
ACCORDING TO THE TAX CODE OF UKRAINE
The article deals with
some changes in The Tax Code of Ukraine
connected with assessment and payment of value added tax. The problems of
forming of tax liabilities and tax credits in operations where taxes are
imposed, in operations where taxes are not imposed or where there are some tax
deductions have been dealt with.
