STRUCTURAL SYSTEMS BALANCE AGAINST
UNDERGROUND
ECONOMY
Underground economy is
considered as an invariant of the system of economic security. Background of
the underground economy has been examined on the example of value added tax
repudiation schemes. Recommendations for improvement of mechanism of VAT
taxation by introducing VAT accounts and application of the law of structural
systems balance have been suggested.
