Theoretical and applied aspects of personnel
management are dwelt on in the context of current challenges. The necessity of
forming a modern paradigm and conception of understanding of the role of a
human factor have been investigated. The necessity of creating a new philosophy
and ideology and, accordingly, a new type of personnel management with the
account of their well being is urgent. The applied aspects include combination
of team work with leadership qualities, understanding of importance of a person’s
social role at workplace, mechanisms of personnel adaptation.
