ASSESSMENT
OF LAND IN REGIONAL INVESTMENT CLUSTERS
WHILE DETERMINING
THE COST OF INVESTMENT PROJECT
The components and content of the
problems hindering the assessment of land, which is included into the cost
estimates for the project implementation in the regional investment cluster,
have been analyzed. Cluster approach to the assessment of land as part of
determining the value of any investment project that intends to use land
resources has been considered; the approach can be used to assess the investment
attractiveness of the region.
