IMPROVEMENT OF ORGANISATIONAL MECHANISM

OF STATE REGULATION OF INTEGRATED CORPORATE SYSTEMS

The topical issue of improving the organisational mechanism of state regulation of integrated corporate systems (ICS) has been investigated in the article. In particular, the organisational measures for improving the effective integration of the participants of ICS on the example of the largest domestic ICS have been determined. The ways of improving the government bodies to control forming and functioning of such systems are proposed.
