The factors of influence on the expediency of the enterprise collaboration or struggle with the real or potential competitors are considered. The ways to evaluate the influence of such factors are described. The usage of quasi-qualitative estimations in the choice of the enterprise collaboration or struggle is grounded. The additive-multiplicative formula, linguistic interpretation and scale for such quasi-qualitative estimations are proposed.
