OF GLOBALIZATION OF LABOUR-MARKET

 

The global tendencies which influence on development of labour-market in Ukraine are considered. The modern roles of HR-managers are shown. The base reasons and aims of HR- managers in accordance with their role in a company are certain. The barriers on the way of development of HR-market and perspectives of its further development are considered.
